Food Pairings for Canepa Cabernet Sauvignon Colchagua Valley Magnificum
It is a Classic Style Cabernet Sauvignon, loyal reflection of the high Maipo Mountains. Deep and red, the chocolate aromas are mixed elegantly with the oak barrels. Velvety and elegant in mouth, with soft tannins, it remembers cherry flavors, blackberries and species, enclosed with nice acidity, that gives it a great persistency.
Aged 18 months in French Oak.
|Alcohol: 14.5%||pH: 3.6|
