Cana's Feast Winery Red Bordeaux Blend Two Rivers 2004
Nose of raspberry, with a touch of saddle leather. Flavors of dark and red berry, with some minerality that reminds me of Bordeaux. Surprise, this is a Bordeaux-style wine! Imagine that. Some alcohol heat as well, which I didn't get on previous bottles. Slightly drying tannins on the finish. Great wine, glad I have another. Outstanding - 90 points.Add winemaker's notes

Raspberries and leather on the nose, following to the palate. Minerals, with a touch of heat on the finish. Very fruit-forward, with integrated tannins. Not as tasty as previous bottles, almost like this is degrading instead of improving.
Deliciously integrated blend of 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc, and the remaining 7% Petit Verdot. The winery, previously Cuneo Cellars, changed their name to Cana's Feast Winery. I love this Bordeaux-style blend. Smooth drinking, with a nose of blackberry and vanilla, followed by flavors of black cherry and boysenberry with a touch of cocoa. Bought 2 bottles at this tasting.
Purchased and drank at Vino Paradiso in Portland. Nice easy-drinking Bordeaux blend, sourced from Columbia Valley in northeastern OR and Applegate Valley in southern OR. Nice dark cherry fruit, with a hint of mineral. Finish is long and spicy. Drinking very well.
I love this blend! Smooth, well-integrated tannins, great fruit.
Bought and drank at Vino Paradiso with Trish & Mike. NICE smooth-drinking cab! Dark berry on the nose, with same on the palate. Mouthfeel is big and coating, which I like. Finish is longer than many, with a distinct pepper taste on the tongue, although I was the only one that got that flavor in our party. Smooth and tasty, and nice QPR.
