really liked this the first time. Now tastes musty, green, thin
[Pipa: flatbread, lamb meatballs] Cherries, red fruit on the nose. Jammy, meaty, great texture. Big fruit predominately cherry, spice, and tannins. Enjoyed it
Beautiful blackberry on the cork when I opened it, needs a good couple of hours to breathe, I poured a glass after 45 mins and it felt a bit 'tight', as it developed - redcurrant, not too heavy, refined, balanced tannin, bright - if it was music - an optimisitc, upbeat indie band with intelligent lyrics.
just found a bottle in the cellar after 48 hours in the fridge after having been knocked around in a move. Still wonderful and a delight. A wonderful surprise. Wish I had cases left.
