Vintage: 2006 04/11/2009

Decanted 3 hours. Earthy violets and blackberry nose. A bit of alcohol heat. Blackberries, tobacco and some bitterness that really doesn't compliment the wine. Finish is somewhat tannic, drying my mouth, with some bitterness sitting on the back outer edges of my tongue for a long time. Good - 83 points.
