Campania Bianco Sophia IGT Cantina Giardino 2008

External Review by Astor Wines & Spirits:

Coda di Volpe is a white wine grape that dates back at least to Roman times and is native to Campania The name comes from the shape of the grape bunches which resemble a 'fox's tail', or Coda di Volpe in Italian. This orange wine is fermented in Anfora and aged on the skin for one year before its release.
