Made with Seyval, this sparkling wine exhibits firm acidity and a fine bead, which swells into an excellent mousse of bubbles in the mouth. There's a slight almond character which plays well with the peach and biscuit notes. Smooth mid-palate with a light summery strawberry finish. Light hay on the nose. Very nice.

Subtly sweet at the start, crisp with a refreshing, peachy finish. The second sip was even better, enhanced by the after taste of the first sip. Goes very nicely with food or on it's own.

This is the kind of bottle which makes England noticed as a real competitor in the sparkling wine game. Although pale straw in appearance, its very light, sweet, but very fresh. Has a brief sharpness of citrus before a big peachy and sweet green apple biscuit finish. Excellent stuff.
