Very, very, VERY surprised at just how good this wine is. I knew sparkling wine was becoming the strong point for English wine but looks like crisp whites are too if this is anything to go by. Sweet green apples and grape on the tongue, very fresh, only a slight hint of straw in colour, perfect acidity but the length of the finish is amazing. Very affordable and very good.
