It’s also ancient Greek for “beautiful voice,” referring to the Wyses’ fascination with birds, music and the harmony of winemaking. The wines are cultivated in the South Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys. They are given very light oak treatment and are intended as everyday drinking wines to be consumed upon release.  Read less
