Calistoga Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2005
Very solid wine for the money. It is probably the best wine under $30. Rich/complex and plummy flavor. Well structured and has a good bite of aged oak and yet soft tannis. Just as good as the 2001 and 2000. One thing I learned about Calistoga cellars cab is when you should open and judge the wine. I wouldn't judge it until it pass 5 years since it is bottled. The Tannis needs to be age well while the flavor continues to grow. Best drink 5-10 years.
Three and a half glasses
