Calem Porto Tawny 20 Year Old

Member Review by jsgammato:

Four of us enjoyed this in a tasting with two stiltons and the Portal Colheita 1994. We paired this one with the Colston Bassett stilton, which was a little older, creamier, mellower, and better suited to the complex layered flavors of the Calem.
