Stony on the nose, this wine is very sleek and elegant, with pineapple, peach, and hints of lemon pepper spice among the perceptions of minerality on the finish.

This tight, pungent sauvignon has richness and stays cool, even as the acidity in the finish seems to bleed green. Chill it for oysters.

Fresh, racy and fruity, this is a classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of citrus and grapefruit are prominent, and complemented by flavors of lemon grass and wet slate. The wine finishes clean with palate cleansing acidity.

Pale, bright color. Brisk aromas of green tropical fruits, lemon, dusty stone, peppery herbs and flowers. Lemony and penetrating; not as complex as the nose suggests but intensely flavored and varietally correct. Finishes dry and grapefruity.

Grapefruit, pineapple and essence of lime zest set against fine acidity; a wine of stunning density, yet with a lively and refreshing finish.

"The Stones" is right! This is a minerally marvel, like drinking passion fruit nectar from a limestone cup. Or, maybe like drinking limestone nectar from a passion fruit cup. Whatever it's like, you'll be happy to have it in your favorite cup.
