Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

The 2008 Chersi is bright and deep with a ruby red color, full and complex bouquet with enticing notes of sweet spices and with hints of ripe red fruits and violets; the flavor is soft but very savory, very full and elegant, with a pleasant, lingering aftertaste of Maraschino cherry. - Winery
