According to the winery, the blen includes both varieties in equal proportions.

/ Excellent value: a supple, nearly fleshy blend, with good depth of fruit, light oakiness, and a medium length finish. It tastes of blackberry, toast, pepper, and black currant.

Recommended/ Distinctive nose, spicy and blackurranty, rich fruit, still youthful and vigorous with firm backbone and slightly extracted dry tannins. 2-3 years.

Wine, Etc./ Has nice cassis and plum aromas with ripe plum flavors and easy tannins.

Tasting Notes/ Blackberries, earth and spice on the nose. Flavors of fruit, minerals and leather with notes of freshly ground black pepper. Made for prime rib.
