Una delle migliori bollicine italiane. Dorato, perlage fine ed infinito. Intenso al naso e decisamente complesso, frutta secca, frutti gialli (ananas e pesca), miele e una nota minerale. In bocca ha grande freschezza e sapidità, gran corpo. Lunghissima la persistenza, ritornano note tostate e minerali. Ottimo in abbinamento, fantastico da solo. I try to translate. One of the best Italian sparkling wines. Gold, fine and infinite perlage. Intense on the nose and complex, dried fruit, yellow fruits (pineapple and peach), honey and a mineral note. The mouth has a great freshness and flavor, great body. Long persistence, minerals and toasty closes. Great with food, excellent on its own.
