Ca' De' Medici Lambrusco Cubista NV
Bought at a going out of business sale at a local boutique wine shop. Hope we can find more, as it was a good alternative to Del Rio Rose Jolee. A bit more carbonated, and a bit drier. Will have to search to find more.Add winemaker's notes

I love this wine. my local wine&spirits no longer carry it. It's not too sweet, had the perfect amount of bubbly, and is very smooth. I'm now looking online for it.
This is the perfect "girly" wine - guys, if your girl doesn't like many wines, she is sure to love this one as I did. It just has a very good, light, sweet taste - nothing bitter about it.
Had at SOTOSOTO REST. IN ATLANTA. Light, sweet, not too bubbly, just right for inexpensive wine. Wish I could find someone here in Hampton Roads area that carries this wine?
Food Pairings for Ca' De' Medici Lambrusco Cubista

A wine made using the Charmat method. It is not as carbonated as other sparkling wines. It also has a low alcohol content (7.5%) and pairs well with most foods, especially light dishes.
