This Sauvignon Blanc was made from grapes that came from a very small vineyard on Shenandoah Road just outside the town of Plymouth. It was cold fermented in a stainless steel tank resulting in a highly aromatic and crisp wine with a citrus-like flavor and a mineral finish.
