Bushmills Original is a blend of single malt Irish whiskey and Irish grain whiskey. Grain whiskey reserved for Bushmills Original is slowly matured in American oak casks that are specially selected to bring out the golden hue and light, yet distinctive, characteristics of the whiskey.
When mature, this grain whiskey is blended with our aged malt whiskey. The malt whiskey imparts its rounded, fresh fruit and delicate honey aromas to the blend, combining perfectly with the fresh, light citrus note from the grain whiskey to give Bushmills Original its pleasant balanced character.

SILVER MEDAL 2007 SAN FRANCISCO SPIRITS COMPETITION. Bushmills Original is a smoother, lighter whiskey without the smokiness of scotch. Best served neat or on the rocks.
