Our small dry grown vineyard is certified biodynamic/organic and 1 of only 5 Margaret River wineries recommended in Max Allen's book "The Future Makers". The grapes were picked at perfect ripeness, Open fermented in small vats and aged in a mix of old and new American oak barrels. Zinfandel or Primitivo (Italian name), is a full bodied wine that tastes of cherry and red fruit berries, with a hint of savoury spice and vanilla. Drinking beautifully now or cellar for up to three years.
