A lovely, balanced GSM with Aussie character and high quality. Nose with hints of floral and earth over some fruit, in the mouth lively acid with lip-smacking sour ripe fruit (plum, strawberry, maybe cherry). Finishes in three stages, first a sour fruit kick with a hint of loquat, second some strong fruit rock candy, and finally a lingering and long finish of fading elements. Off-dry. Medium body, medium plus acid, medium or lower tannin.
