Bully Hill Vineyards was the first small estate winery in the Keuka Lake area after the end of Prohibition, and became the cornerstone for the growth of many estate wineries. To date over a dozen wineries grace Keuka Lake, and over a hundred wineries populate the entire Finger Lakes region. A product is extension of a person's soul. That is the Bully Hill philosophy on the wine we produce.
I am new at this. I found this wine uninteresting. I can't think of much to say about it. The aroma is indistinct. Seems rather like a generic red table wine. Are there even any tannins? No finish to speak of. Mellow, fruity, a little too sweet for me. Probably an easy wine to serve to non-wine drinkers due to in non-complex taste. Food pairing??? Picnic food on a camp-out?
