Winemaker's Notes:

The Pinot Gris grapes were hand harvested at night on our estate vineyards whole cluster pressed. Cold fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks to maintain fruit intensity and brightness. 5% of the juice was transferred to older barrels for fermentation gaining complexity and richness. A bright, crisp and flavorful Pinot Gris, with aromas of delicate lemon zest, melon, orange marmalade and mineral. The flavors are lemon-lime focused with subtle marzipan and bright acidity, prominently featuring peach, citrus and lingering melon. Excellent with food or on its own, this wine is perfect for brunch or served alongside delicate fish and seafood dishes. Delicious when paired with crab ravioli in a light cream sauce or pan-seared scallops with crisp-fried leeks.
