Rich and smooth in tannins, with some sharpness through the finish, this shows masses of ripe blackberries and dark chocolate. A bit of time in the glass reprises and accentuates the chocolaty richness. Despite its power, this is refined and high toned, a serious cellar candidate. Give it 10andndash;15 years.

A real beauty, exhibiting riveting aromatics that touch a range of dark berry, green olive and herb flavors, with cedar, mocha and espresso notes. Yet for all the size and density of this Cabernet, the tannins are fine and silky. Best from 2014 through 2030.

The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon bursts from the glass with rich, dark red fruit, smoke, licorice and incense. The aromas and flavors are a touch ripe, exotic and totally seductive. Polished, silky tannins frame the fruit beautifully through to the finish, where floral notes add the lift and brightness. The 2009 isnandrsquo;t a huge wine, but it is immensely appealing. Anticipated maturity: 2014andndash;2029.

Dark ruby-red. High-pitched, slightly exotic aromas of brambly berries, minerals and jasmine tea. Sweet, dense and suave on entry, then extremely primary in the middle, with firm acidity giving shape to the wineandrsquo;s generous, seamless texture. Very aromatic but very young. One senses plenty of extraction here but the texture is quite smooth and the tannins polished. Finishes with lovely aromatic persistence.

Deep, rich and expressive, with a broad range of complex flavors, extending from fleshy currant to dark berry, mineral, cedar, mocha and espresso. Full-bodied, ending with a pleasant lift to all the flavors, giving this a supple, gracious aftertaste.... Wine Spectator. A Cabernet Sauvignon wine from California in USA. 2008 Bryant Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

Full medium ruby. Superripe aromas of cassis, black raspberry, lead pencil, licorice, violet and menthol; a glorious expression of hillside Napa Valley cabernet. Sweet, concentrated and powerful, with almost painfully intense, liqueur-like black fruit flavors. Very long, slow-mounting finish stains the palate with brambly dark berry flavor.

Delightfully complex, elegant, rich and subtle, with a core of ripe, spicy currant, black cherry and plum that's pure and focused, supple and juicy, with an amazing finish that reverberates with flavor. Shows great balance, concentration and persistence. Best from 2010 through 2020.
