Brut Millésime Ip 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

Miolo's history starts back in 1897 when Giuseppe Miolo from Italian's (Veneto) Miolo Family arrived in Brazil where today is located what we call Wine Valley in southern Brazil. As most Italians, they brought to Brazil they love for wine and found there at Wine Valley one of, if not the best terroir in Brazil. 18 to 20 months on the yeast Yeasty, pear, a nice almost minty top note, very fresh lightly creamy mousse, fine acid, lively tension in the mouth, this shows a nice softness from the dosage, really intense follow though on the finish, a touch of tannin and lovely mineral refreshing quality, very clean, crisp and almost steely style of sparkler, seems almost like its simple and light but it has really fine length and excellent freshness, 89pts
