Founded in 1981, Champagne Bruno Paillard is a young, dynamic house that has quickly established a reputation for elegant wines with real style. Fresh, dry and vibrant, they are made with an uncompromising attitude to quality that shines through in the glass. The house follows a strict quality charter that includes only using the first pressings, vinifying each cru separately and putting the disgorgement date on each bottle. Bruno was made a Chevalier of the Legion d'Honneur in 2006 for his services to Champagne.This Bruno Paillard Brut Premiere Cuvee has delicate freshly baked bread and citrus aromas. The palate is crisp, fresh and complex with grapefruit, lime and subtle red berry fruit alongside the richer brioche aromas.
Bruno Paillard's vineyards cover 26 hectares of land over the best Crus of Campagine. The respect of this fantastical terroir is a priority of the house.

Since he created his company in 1981, Bruno Paillard has become an important force in Champagne, owning a number of other brands. But his top wines are made under his own name; they go for finesse and elegance. This bottling also has a touch of mature, toasty acid flavors. The bottles carry the year of disgorgement andmdash; an excellent idea.
Flavorful and bold in style, this has earthy, toasty aromas, a broad, rich texture and lemon-butter flavors that linger on the finish. Not just bubbly, but a real wine for the table. Drink now through 2001.
Predominantly red varieties, this blend includes 32 percent reserve wines, which provide a lot of the bass notes to the blend. The wine’s underlying richness is layered with higher tones of spiced apple, grapefruit, vanilla and clove. Tailored for men’s club.
Rich aromas of pears and toast emanate from the glass of the non-vintage Champagne Brut Premiere Cuvee (disgorged September, 2004), a blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, and 22% Pinot Meunier. Light to medium-bodied and frothy, this peppery apple-flavored sparkler is highly focused, slightly tangy, and long in the finish. Drink it over the next 3–4 years.
