This is very tight on the nose giving up on hints of menthol and anise. Big fruit in the mouth but balanced by big structure that is just a bit tough. Chewy and muscular in the mouth with a touch of cocoa accentuating the tremendously deep core of sweet fruit. Finishes with great length but this is all potential at this point. If you've got them don't touch until 2014 or so. Should be great but just to tight to call it. 85pts today with potential for 95
Acetone, balsamic on the nose. Nice concentration, raspberry, cassis, floral, rose notes. Very nicely balanced. Nice wine, but will not be stocking up at current prices

Beautiful aromas of plums and chocolate follow through to a full body with fine tannins and a focused finish. Tangy and fresh. Better in 2015. James Suckling.
This is rich packed with floral sweet cherry strawberry anise and a hint of menthol aromas and flavors that stand up to the dusty tannins. Elegant offering a long and satisfying finish with a balanced impression overall. Best from 2014 through 2025. 150 cases imported. - BS Wine Spectator.

Aromas are full of plums and lemons that follow through to a full body, with silky tannins and a fruity, bright finish. A pretty combination of ripe fruit and crisp acidity.
