Tea rose, wild raspberry in color. Light-bodied with an exhilarating bouquet. Opens with soft red fruit encased in an envelope of syrup and brown sugar vanilla. Red fruit and spices on the palate with a creamy yogurt like texture. Outrageously drinkable. Refined in French Grenache casks which gives this whisky its unique red fruit notes.
Designed by master distiller Jim McEwan who has selected superb quality casks from various ages and further refines them in Frech Grenache casks. Tea rose and wild raspberry in color followed by grapey nose with pomegranate notes. A rich malt and vanilla palate is followed by a berry spicyness.
\ The inviting bouquet offers aromas of fruitcake, banana nut bread, sweet malt, crispy pork rind, sweet oak, vanilla, red grapes and blackberry jam. Entry is sweet and grainy; at midpalate the taste profile suddenly bursts with red fruit presence and oaky vanilla. Finishes clean as a whistle, chewy and concentrated.\
