Brooks Gewurztraminer Oak Ridge Vineyard Columbia Gorge 2012

Member Review by EMark:

Very clear pale yellow color. Typical, for Gewurz, foral--orange blossoms--"sweet" nose. On the tongue, not as much "spice" as you might expect from Gewurz. Lot's of orange or tangerine fruit flavors. Very detectable sweetness is balanced fairly well but acid. Very pleasant finish that lingers for a few seconds. US$15.00 at Everson Royce in Pasadena

Brooks:
Brooks is a small producer making handcrafted rieslings and pinot noirs in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. We believe that wine begins in the vineyard thus invest our resources in only sustainable farming methods. We work hard to keep our price points low so that you can enjoy our wine on a daily basis! Cheers.
