What to Expect

Sémillon is one of the grapes traditionally used to produce both dry and sweet white wines in Bordeaux. When bottled on its own the wine produced is rich and full with deep flavors of melon, fig, pineapple and apricot featuring gentle, earthy, spice tones and a subtle vegetal undercurrent.

Winemakers Notes

"The 2004 Semillon is luminous green/yellow with lifted zesty lemongrass aromas and sweet apple blossom characters. Initial lime plus cut grass flavors combine with a fruit dominant palate and typical tight structure with citrus acid finish. The perfect balance of fruit, alcohol and minerality combine for a seamless finish. "
