A delightful, aristocratic definition of the Cortese grape. The bouquet is punctuated by mineral-enhanced yellow and green fruit, as well as lemony verbena and fruity grapefruit. Its excellent backbone is further enlivened by a crisp acidity and a polished mouthfeel. Rich and inviting with citrus, melon and the mildest hint of yellow peach. Marvelous balance and a perfect foil for a multitude of dishes.
