Intense black- red in colour,this cool climate wine has lifted redcurrant and cassis aromas,underpinned with vanillan oak notes.The palate is rich with excellent varietal definition of black fruits and plums and harmonious oak.It possesses fine tannins and produces a dry flavoursome finish.Perfect with just about any red meat dish.

Tasting Notes:

Dark plum red with inviting aromas of cassis,blackberry and vanillin oak.The palate has typical varietal characters of cassis and blackberry with a dry tannin and oak finish.Still a youngster but will mature well over the next ten years or so. Greta with lamb and red meat dishes or consumed with good cheese.
