A perfect wine to drink out of the bottle on the beach! It shows floral fruit, lime, and green freshness on the nose and palate. Overall, it's lightly fizzy and possessed of zippy acidity; you'll want to have a plate of shellfish on hand when you open this wine.

A delicate peach and mandarin orange perfume over zestier lemon-lime flavors gives this a dry profile. It's relatively full, the alcohol bringing some warmth to the wine. For roast fish.
