Filled with dark fruit, jam, chocolate, and hints of spice on the nose. The palate serves as even more spicy, peppery with black currants and a rustic earthiness on the finish.

White pepper nose thats very intriguing. Excellent concentration - a very rich and meaty wine. Full of black fruit flavors. Very spicy finish with white pepper coming through again. Very nice - my favorite of the tasting (9 bottles)

A big wine. Blackberry, plum, and spicy cedar aromas. Blackberry jam on the palate. Would be well-suited to a few years of cellaring, and then this blend would be even better. 93% syrah, with 3.6% grenache, 1% Roussanne, and .8% Cinsault.
