Brennus Cuvée Prestige A.o.c. Bergerac Rouge 2009
The Sauvignon grapes are macerated on the skins, while a pneumatic press extracts the juice from the Muscadelle and Semillon varieties. A preliminary clarification process is carried out by leaving the must to settle for 48 hours in cold conditions. It is then fermented in stainless-steel vats. Temperatures are controlled to keep the must below 20°C and ensure that all its flavour is preserved. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is stored on the fine lees for about 6 months. The result is a white wine of character with excellent potential to develop over time.

Very elegant scents of fruit and flowers with perfect balance. Intense, well structured and harmonious on the palate. The freshness and personality of the wine are a delight when it is drunk young, but it is only after 2 or 3 years that it is really at its best.
