Food Pairings for Bravium Thomson Vineyard Chardonnay
Vanilla, tropical fruit (and maybe a little banana), and butter on the nose. Rich palate with cloves. Despite the butter aroma, this Chardonnay is not overly oaked (I find this to be the case of many California chardonnays). The delicate touch of the oak allows the quality of the grapes to show through in the aroma, taste, and easy finish. It's also 14.3% alcohol, but is nearly unnoticeable.
