What to Expect
Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.

Reviews Add a Review
This wine is a delightful blend of 63% Sauvignon Blanc, 29% Pinot Grigio, 6% Gewurztraminer and 2% Semillon. Although the percentages may vary slightly from vintage to vintage, this wine shows the same lovely characteristics that have made this proprietary blend a crowd favorite every year. After fermenting in stainless steel for 3 weeks, the 2005 Serenity displays bouquets of white melon, toasted marshmallow and spicy nutmeg notes. White peach and nectarine flavors with a creamy vanilla finish round off to a balanced, slightly off-dry finish.
