What to Expect

Riesling is a chameleon of a grape, able to produce world class wines that range from bone dry to unctuously sweet. Germany is most closely associated with Riesling, where all styles are made and the range of flavors runs the gamut from steely and crisp with crunchy mineral-driven flavors to fresh lime, apple and peach flavored expressions - even rich honied, candied fruit tones in the great dessert wines.

Reviews

A very nice dry California Riesling from Monterey. Flavors of apricot, citrus, honeysuckle, minerals. Great acidity.

Had this Monterey California Riesling with garlic-sauteed shrimp. Good fruit and floral notes on the nose. Richness once it hit the tongue but enough acid to fight back against the fruit and the buttery shrimp. Dry style, crisp, with persistent fruit, which I enjoyed. Really satisfied with this wine.
