Nose of fresh baked bread, floral and mint. Nose reminds me of Cuvee Emile (Trimbach). Flavors of sweet spicy fruit with mineral, yet totally dry. Nice acidity. Finest west coast Riesling I have had, with none of the heaviness found in many of the OR-WA Rieslings.

Probably will drink well for another two years; no evidence of fading.
