Aroma and Palate Deep garnet red in colour with aromas of fragrant ripe cherry, spicy toast and violet highlights overlying rich plum and savoury notes. The palate is characterised by sweet ripe plum and cherry fruit with spicy complexity and a generous mid palate. Firm, yet fine tannin structure balanced with concentration of flavour yielding to a silky chocolate finish
