Braida di Giacomo Bologna Il Fiore Langhe Bianco 2012

Member Review by JenniferT:

Love this white blend of chardonnay (70%) and nascetta (30%), the latter being an indigenous Piedmontese grape. A beautiful combination of delicate and understated complexity. Grassy with citrus and floral notes - super light and refreshing with well balanced acidity. A stunning pairing with a number of cheeses, esp a locally made brie and a Piedmontese Toma. My favorite delicate light wine to date, as light and delicate as many pinot grigios but with unexpected complexity. Just a gorgeous wine, especially at the price.
