B.R. Cohn Winery has consistently produced one of the premier Cabernets in California from the Olive Hill Estate Vineyards where soils warmed by underground natural hot springs and gentle coastal breezes create a unique microclimate resulting in ideal growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2003 vintage produced a wine with more pronounced fruit character than our 2002 vintage. It has rich aromas of plum, black currant and earth, and a hint of mint surrounded by toasty French oak, anise and cedar.
