Food Pairings for Boyanci Red Blend St. Helena
This is as close to Californian perfection as you can get. Big and bold. You can't taste the well integrated 14.9% alcohol, but it sure packs a punch. This must be eaten with a thick juicy steak. This can be a sipper but I highly recommend a huge food pairing. Enjoy it with a nice expensive cigar after dinner. Lots of black cherry and nutmeg. The finish lingers until the next sip. Just a truly remarkable wine that was made with a lot of care and love.
