Bouchard Pere et Fils Echezeaux Grand Cru 2009

External Review by JJ Buckley Fine Wines:

A gorgeously spicy nose that is pure and elegant speaks of blue and black pinot fruit warm earth and hoisin nuances. The extremely rich suave and silky medium weight plus flavors also display an abundance of tannin-buffering dry extract that coats the palate on the long serious and mildly austere finish. This is built to age and offers impressive depth. Don t miss! Burghound.
