COLOUR DEPTH: watery/pale; COLOUR HUE: brick; CLARITY: clear; AROMA INTENSITY: moderate; DEVELOPMENT: some age; AROMAS: red fruits, mineral, mushrooms and hints of wood; DRY/SWEET: very dry; BODY: medium; ACIDITY: smooth; TANNINS LEVEL: high; TANNINS TYPE: soft; FLAVOUR INTENSITY: flavorful; FLAVOURS: compote red fruits, licorice, minerals and some hints of wood; FINISH: long; CONCLUSIONS: round, balance and tasty. Food Pairing: baked salmon with pesto.
