Botalcura Syrah Malbec Reserve El Delirio 2008

Member Review by Nicolas de Gossac:

The very best of the French savoir-faire and the Chilean terroir in a single bottle!!! This is the wine you must have for any great reception! Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, violets, black pepper, and nutmeg. The Syrah lends grip and structure, while the Malbec provides color, aromatic complexity, and voluptuous body.

They began their project in 2000 and vinified their first wine in 2002. Read less
Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
