Vintage: 2006 12/08/2009

A relatively unknown, they learned to not mess up an amazing growing season. Pours dark with violet highlights tickling the edges. Hints at tobacco and cassis. Wine shows great complexity and relatively full mouthfeel. Tannins are well balanced. Subtle notes of spice and fennel? followed up with a seductively pleasant finish. A bit sweet but not cloyingly so. Fantastic everyday value.
