An easy drinking nice mouthfeel cabernet for its price. A plus that it's organic too.
Nearly as good as the 2006 vintage, but can probably sit for a year before being enjoyed.
this is my favorite organic red wine. cannot go wrong with this one. i have not run into a red wine drinker who did not agree with me.

A wonderful red wine, full-bodied, dry and elegant. It shows Cabernet character in the blackberries, cherries and black currants, but that's balanced with an earthiness and minerality and even some smoked meat notes that must come from a percentage of Syrah and Petit Sirah. Tasted in a flight of much more expensive cabs, this one easily stood out. Editors' Choice.
A zesty, youthful fruit bomb thatrsquo;s loaded with spicy wild berry, cracked pepper and licorice aromas and ripe berry cobbler flavors. Drink now.
A little on the sweet extracted side, but balanced with rich, fine tannins and just-in-time acidity. The blackberry, currant, raspberry and cocoa flavors will play well against a grilled steak.
Supple, elegant and polished, delivering ripe, fleshy plum, black cherry, mineral, spice and light cedary oak flavors that are well-proportioned, gaining length. Drink now through 2011.
The '02 was quite a good Cabernet and so is this one, from a winery whose organic grapes produce dependable wines across all varieties. This bottling is nicely dry and balanced, with a classic Cabernet profile. Drink now.
Rustically tannic and a little on the thin side, but rewards for wild berry and tobacco flavors and a dry, spicy finish. This is a Zin to gulp with hard cheeses.
