I don't generally drink white wine, but tasted this and had to buy a bottle. It's very light and one I'd purchase again. Read more

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Cool climate aromas of pineapple are an unexpected treat, followed by the more traditional Mendo green apple, with a twist of lemon and a touch of vanilla from the new French Oak. In the mouth, you'll find a solid backbone with bold citrus and tropical flavors, balanced with a creaminess that lingers on the finish.

An initial impression of rich, buttery cream turns to aromas of honey and toasted almonds, quickly followed by pineapple, lemon and cr?me brulee. This wine has a refreshing, bright, clean minerality with a vibrant tartness and lemon zest.

A hint of oak complements the freshness of fruit and the evident notes of green apple, pear and citrus. Bonterra Chardonnay is aged for several months to develop a rich, creamy texture that gracefully balances its fruit-forward character.
