austere and un-ripe. not my favorite.
Lush and fruity nose of peaches, limes and nectarines. A rich and round wine, softened by some sugars. The wine has good fruit, but more over, good structure and notes of nettle, bay leaf and gooseberry, before finishing on a nutty, spicy note.
Has a clean, citrus flavor. It was OK.
Don't buy it again.

Intense aromas of grapefruit, citrus, kiwi and fresh cut grass greet the nose. As you drink, the crisp acidity gives the wine a fresh vibrant feel with flavors of grapefruit, lime zest and grass that closes with favors of melon and a nice tart finish.
Defined by a dried floral note, with jasmine and lavender nuances, offering a core of clean, juicy green apple, melon and lemon flavors. Crisp and light on the finish. Drink now.
This is hard to resist, a crisp, easy sipper that’s gentle on the wallet and bright with sweet jasmine aromatics. On the palate expect refreshing Mandarin orange and lemon zest flavors. It’s a clean, crisp wine made from organic grapes, 52% of which hail from Lake, the rest from Mendocino County.
Ultraclean and bright, as Bonterrarsquo;s wines nearly always are, this Riesling shows good varietal flavors of citrus fruits, peaches, wildflowers and minerals. Itrsquo;s bone dry, and the acidity is wonderfully mouth-cleansing. Try as an alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio.

Direct, well-ripened peach-like fruit sits beneath a top note of dusty rose perfume in the distinctive aromas of this bottling, and, if each trait is echoed in the flavors that follow, the wine is a bit less convincing in fruit and a streak of unwelcome heat pushes past its scant sweetness. We suspect that a brief rest in the cellar might help round off its edges, but beauty is not guaranteed here.Connoisseurs' Guide to California Wine aging recommendation: Drinkable now. Lemon-lime flavors are ripe and tasty, showing good intensity and focus, with herb, melon and spice highlights. There's a refreshing acidity running through this. Drink now.
