peppery and higher in acid than what you usually see. Interesting wine.
Great acidity. Almost savory, with flavors of dried leaves and violets. The firm acids give it a literal mouthwatering feel. Good tannic structure. Blackberries are the dominant fruit, and the finish is of dried flowers and tight tannins and sour cherries. I'm not normally a nebbiolo fan, but really liked this - a good California twist on the classic high acid Italian grape.
