Ca del Solo is the frontier outpost, Biodynamic® estate of Bonny Doon Vineyard, dedicated to producing wines with a particular emphasis on the expression of terroir, or unique sense of place. Our wine-making is generally hands-off, respectful of the originality of the vineyard site. Our 08 vintage expresses the beautifully crystalline mineral aspect of the Monterey County soils, bracingly crisp citrus and great persistence on the palate. This wine is so crisp and refreshing. I paired it with oysters on a warm spring day. Quite a combo!

80% Albarino, 20% ?

A very summery wine with aromas of peaches on the nose. Its oily, and has a subtle minty / bay leaf character. Good acidity and nicely mineral. The finish is almost chalky. Overall a pure, food friendly wine.
